"Maddie the property manager here has been very helpful! I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them In a timely and efficient manner! I am still new to Sioux Falls and she had some good recommendations for me in terms of food, shop and areas to visit. The location is in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. You are also very conveniently located near Quickstar, caseys, hyvee and fareway. I also tired out fresh horses which had great food! Overall I am very happy with my stay here and will be renewing my lease here! Thankful to have a welcoming place to call home!"

"Maddie the new property Manger is awesome. There were issues prior to her. She is doing great to fix them and keeps you updated. Which did not happen before. I always see her car here and has been in the office every time I stop. Which again was not the case before. Also the maitance man Cody is great. Willing to help and very pleasant. I trust them both. It is a nice community,nice pool exercise room. The appartments are quiet. Thank you Maddie and Cody."

"This is an addition to my earlier (May 2023) review: ------------------------------------ We recently moved out of the townhouse due to a life change. Based on comments we received during the walk-thru from management on the cleaning job we did, we had anticipated getting most, if not all, of our security $500 deposit returned to us. Imagine my my surprise when I opened up the envelope and found a check for the return on our deposit for less than $165. Had I known this was going to be the result, I would not have spent any time cleaning and vacuuming the unit. In addition to the relativity high "cleaning fees", we were charged for the last months water & sewer even though we had requested this charge be waived in compensation for being overcharged in 2023 for water for more than $200 due to an error on Lloyd's part. Then to add injury to insult, Lloyd's charged us a renters insurance fee even though we carried the requisite $100,000 renters liability policy for the entire time we rented the unit. ------------------------------------ My wife & I have been renting here since May of 2023, having sold our house in Sioux Falls. We have generally been happy with the townhouse, though there are always things that could be better, nicer, etc. We have had a number of interactions with the staff. The staff are pretty responsive and ready to help. As with any home, there will be issues. The few that we have had were quickly dealt with through the web site complaint process. The complex manager can be seen daily checking things out and making sure things that need to be fixed, get fixed. Overall it is a good place to be. Aside from the ongoing new construction, the complex is pretty quiet. Outside of the complex there is a lot of construction going on around Harrisburg. There is road construction in process, so you are in for bit of detouring around town. The major element (traffic circle on Willow Street) has now been completed and it appears the remainder will soon be done. The pool is clean and has plenty of chaise lounges for sunbathers & tables. The Commons community building is well kept and has a wide screen TV, pool table and foosball table. The gym is clean and the equipment is new and of high quality. The grounds and green area in the common has a small park for the kids (not mine!!) and plenty of room for the kids to do their running around and such. It is plenty large enough to give you a sense of space. I mentioned construction, there are seven units in the process of being built. There are a number of units that are stood-up, but are still being finished inside. So there is a fair amount of construction noise, litter and dirt...which goes with that process. From Creekside complex, you will find a number of stores (Fairway & HyVee) within walking distance. There is a new Convenience store a block away. There are plenty of opportunities (again in walking distance) to find a relaxing place to have an adult beverage."
