"I have been at sawyer pointe for almost 4 years and the last 2 years have been pretty much the best the property manager (Elizabeth) and the new maintenance manager, are both doing an excellent job, it Lloyd company itself that are rip off with very high rent that’s unnecessary, if we put in a work order they are being done in a timely manner and I get a few emails as soon as they are completed, so great job 👏🙌"

"Lived here for 3 years now. Our first place was great and we didn't have any issues ever! Second place (new building & bigger apartment for growing family) was constructed way too fast and we have had ongoing problems with the building itself. They have all been addressed but it can be quite a slow process. Maintenance has closed out work orders before finishing without the property managers knowledge which can make getting things fixed extremely frustrating. With all of the turnover of management I think they have all done the best they can picking up where things were left. I enjoy the community and amenities but if your looking for quality buildings don't waste your money."

"Edit: Katie Dunlap, the new full-time property manager reached out to address my concerns and she seems to be more proactive than the previous property management, she's doing a better job at addressing issues and complaints, and is actually enforcing the property policies. It's a huge improvement on the management end, I just wish the apartments were built with higher quality materials. -- Nobody knows what’s going on?! The turn over rate of property managers here is unbelievable. I lived here for 1 year and they had 4 or 5 property managers. This also means that complaints about horrible neighbors never get addressed, because nobody knows what’s going on! The build quality of the apartments is poor. I moved into a brand new unit and within 6 months, there was mold around the windows and sliding door and the vinyl flooring was bubbling up from the foundation. Speaking of, the vinyl flooring is damaged as soon as you put any furniture on it. The walls are also paper thin, so I’ve enjoyed listening to my neighbor blasting rock music at 2am on any given night. But nobody addresses these complaints, so whatever… Do yourself a favor and avoid Sawyer Pointe, avoid Lloyd in general."

"Honestly. Lloyd is a joke. We have had nothing but issues with our apartments. Our current one has holes under the carpets in the cement. Moved in missing light bulbs also. Our old apartment we are being charged for (cleaning) when the only thing that was left was the oven after an attempt to clean it. Realizing it need commercial cleaning and the light fixtures were forgotten."
