"Lived here for going on 6.5 years and can't wait to get out.
If you are on welfare/section 8 it's a perfect place to live. Don't have to pick up your dogs shit, just throw your garbage outside, have 14 vehicles parked wherever you want, 3 that actually run. 8-10 people living in a 1br. Wish I could post pictures. Been documenting this for 9 months.
Rules are completely different if you have to work to pay rent."

"We love Whispering Woods! We've lived here for a few years now and have never had any issues! Joe from maintenance is wonderful, our property managers are amazing and incredibly helpful, and our neighbors are so lovely! I highly recommend renting with Lloyd to my friends."

"Recently moved in, and I have had an excellent experience so far. Noah, my leasing agent has been great! Very professional, and knowledgeable. He even helped me get a discount on my internet service. The neighbors are friendly, and the complex is kept really clean."

"10/10 would recommend. Abby and her staff (joe) are top notch at communication. Sending out emails and pamphlets to keep all tenants informed. Any and all work orders are always addressed in a timely manner! All the way down to move out, as it only took days for them to get the security deposit in the mail and on it's way back to me. I feel like it's rare to be this confident in a rental property management team! Plus they have a community room, gym and pool that are all kept very clean and are available for private gatherings as well.
If you are on the fence about moving here do not be. It was an awesome experience for my family and myself!"

"I came to Whispering Woods with low expectations because of my previous mess of a apartment complex. I was told any property managed by Lloyd in Sioux Falls is well-maintained and reliable. I agree 100% with that statement. Whispering Woods is an amazing community. It’s quiet and comfortable. My neighbors are great people. The property manager, Abby, cares about the tenants. There is always improvements being made like lifting work on the driveways. I am so happy to be here! Thank you, Whispering Woods team!"
