"Apartment itself is nice, stuff is falling apart due to being 20+ years old. Maintenance likes to mark a work request as completed when it had not been fixed. I do love that the garage price is included in rent. I don't however love how garages aren't well cleaned when someone moves out. When I had moved in there was a used condom in my garage. The key openers are janky. The environment has definitely gotten worse since I first moved here. Garbage is littered all over the road, parking lot, grass, underneath apartment stairs, the garbage bins are a mess and theres broken glass scattered around. People park their cars anywhere but their garage. Cars blocking the road so I can't get past them. Kids walking around in their underwear. Babies being left in the road while adults party. Apartments are nice and affordable but the lack of care makes it unbearable."

"I just renewed my lease for the second year. I love the apartment itself, timely maintenance, and overall quiet environment (besides some noise from surrounding apartments). Bryson has continued to go above and beyond. He’s incredibly personable, helpful, and just overall a wonderful property manager."

"Washington Heights is a pretty nice place. Bryson has excellent customer service skills. He even helped us set renters insurance and get all of that figured out. They are willing to work with you if you work with them. The noise level is pretty good here and the apartments themselves are spacious and good. Feels like home."

"Our property manager Bryson Dekay was great and there are no complaints from me! Anytime there was a problem I was able to talk to him and everything was handled professionally. They’re cleaning team was great, as I rarely saw trash in the ground. We had a problem with our bathroom and it was fixed within the day! This is a great place to move in!"

"Our property manager, Bryson Dekay, was very professional and handled everything nicely. We never had a single problem. It’s a very nice area and we were always notified for any inspections ahead of time. There is nothing I can think of to complain about this place. Washington Heights is a great place to move in!!!"
