"I needed to move into an apartment quickly, and that is how I ended up at Uptown Exchange. Rent is severely overpriced for the quality of the apartments. Carpets already come threadbare and stained, however they will attribute the damage to you. The move-out cleaning list was pages long, and ridiculous for all the money you put into the place. There is always a pungent smell upon entering the building. Parking lot is too crowded. Location is great, however, be prepared for it to be extremely noisy every Thu/Fr/Sat in the summer from the concerts."

"Was assaulted in my own parking spot and was required to end the lease as a result.
Air quality and HVAC within the apartments are filled copious amounts of dust. You will have trouble breathing in this apartment. Energy/Electricity will cost you around 120 dollars monthly. Units get hot regardless of if there is air conditioning.
Numerous tenants will smoke illicit drugs in the parking lot as well as on property. You will not find a spot to park as business owners in the area are given parking passes to access the parking lot.
I have heard issues at Phillips Ave Lofts as well as Larson Lofts. I am not the only person who feels this way as I have heard horror stories from others about the general property management.
Maintenance has come into my apartment while I slept and was not clothed, as I was never given 24 hour notice by Betsy multiple times.
Please look elsewhere for your own mental benefit and wellbeing. These are pricey lofts for amenities and utilities that never work.
Be prepared when you move in to have nothing working as well. You will have to put in a few service requests as management does not keep in mind the quality of living for tenants.

"Unresponsive office and the fire alarm is almost daily what was mine and the Uptown Square building across. Doors and appliances are often in disrepair with delays but nothing is terribly old. Decent location near market but that’s the best part of a pricey studio."
