"3 month review! I literally could not be happier. I came from Florida and we did all communication via phone and email. The amount of help Cody gave me is just phenomenal. He emails back very quickly and is just so kind and informative. Being I couldn’t tour, I had a million questions. He sent me every single detail, measurements, information, etc I asked about. Never once did he seem annoyed with my questions, or just any of the communication at all. He has a very kind voice and it helped me feel at ease with such a huge move! It’s a huge change for us because it is small compared to what we are used to.. so it takes some figuring out how to find a place for everything. Still need to figure it out lol I had an injury and surgery that set my unpacking back. But the place is very well kept and maintenance comes very quickly if any issues.. definitely not used to that lol. Pest control stays on top of checking the apartment and everything is just very well taken care of. I’m scared to death of certain bugs (Florida is the worst) so I really love that! It’s a very, very peaceful area where you see beautiful sunsets and you can see the moon be so big sometimes. It’s so quiet and that was a large concern for me. We are very quiet family and we love just to be safe and peaceful in our home. I can’t give enough stars for Cody, how the place is maintained, this area, and this apartment."

"I just moved into one of the apartments in the complex a few months ago! The property managers Cody and Zoe are quick and responsive to any requests and are very accommodating! Maintenance is very quick and responsive also! The apartment features very spacious bedrooms and the main bathroom is ginormous! The W/D in unit is a very convenient and another bonus is you have your own private entrance and patio! Parking can sometimes be tough but that comes with apartment living I feel, there is parking passes for the lot and a couple spots for visitors. All in all I would give it a 5 out of 5, I love my apartment and the community it surrounds!"

"Amazing property and community! I stayed here for a short term lease since I was here for work for about 4 months, but I would definitely stay here longer or live here if given the opportunity! I was able to quickly and easily find flexible options for both short term and long term leases and management was always able to answer my questions! The property is clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are roomy and spacious. The area is nice and quiet, never had any problems with neighbors or the surrounding area. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat!! Thank you Brooke and Cora!"

"Decent place to live, new management is awful though. Moved out end of August and have been given the go around on getting part of my deposit back stating they’ve sent the check multiple times without actually doing it. Finally given up on expecting my money back… look elsewhere if you want reliable communication that isn’t shady."

"I have been renting an apartment here for about a year and a half and I love it. They handle maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. The ladies at the front office are always willing to help me out when I have an issue with the online portal. My only complaint is that they started making us pay for water with our rent rather than just the electricity but other than that, this place is great!"
