"These apartments are severely overpriced for what you get. The walls are so thin you can hear everything, the storage is practically nonexistent, and the insulation is terrible freezing in the winter. Management is unprofessional, dismissive, and consistently unhelpful. Absolutely not worth the money."

"Maintenance requests are not followed up on properly. I’ve had ongoing appliance issues that were never resolved despite multiple visits. Management does not communicate or check in to ensure repairs are completed. Residents deserve better responsiveness and working appliances."

"I had a bad experience at the apartments across the street so decided to check out these apartments. Dan was the best so welcoming and genuine and helpful! I just got a tour but he was super informative and answered all my questions."

"I got a bill in the mail even after I professionally cleaned the whole unit and they still stole my entire deposit. I would have not minded if they took my deposit but they still had the audacity to still bill for charges. They charged me for a whole new carpet that was really well taken care by me and besides that they took over a month to send me a statement with a 10 day notice of going to collection if not paid. Absolutely the worst company to do business with. I do not recommend the Meadows!"
