"I have lived in The Landings for 7 years and I absolutely love it. Darin is a amazing person and a great complex manager. Darin listens and is understanding and is always polite. Darin has even let my oldest son "help" him clean up around the complex just picking up rocks and putting them were they needed to be my son was so proud that he was helping Darin. I feel safe and comfortable living here with my 3 children."

"Landlord is great to work with and not overbearing. Apartments are nice and up to date. Convenience of the middle school across the street for walking, or any outdoor activities. Grass is always kept cut and nice. Landlord also attends to problem areas or apartment issues in a timely manner and is easy to get a hold of. Darin has done a great job with making sure the townhomes, apartments, and the areas outside are presentable. He approaches concerns in a professional and polite manner, and always gives a heads up when there are inspections planned for the property. He always asks for permission before entering someone's home which is very appreciated."
