"I’ve always wanted to live downtown and I am thrilled to have moved into the District Lofts this past summer! I absolutely love it here. I love the vibe and energy and I love the views we have of the river and surrounding areas. Our property manage, Megan, is wonderful to work with. She is responsive and approachable and gets things done. Our loft suits our lifestyle perfectly and I don’t think there is a nicer place to live downtown."

"I am having a great experience renting a loft here! We moved in August 2024. Megan, the loft manager, is absolutely amazing—she’s attentive, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. While there are some minor growing pains with the new building, they’re being addressed, and it’s clear the team is working hard to improve. Overall, it’s a beautiful space with a fantastic team behind it!"
