Neighbors and tenants are genuinely friendly which makes day to day living here even better. The property is consistently clean and well kept which shows the high standards they maintain. What truly sets The Crimson Apartment apart is the property manager Jen. She is an absolute gem. Jen goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and valued. Any issue no matter how small is handled quickly, professionally, and with care. It is rare to find someone so dedicated and approachable in property management and she is the heart of what makes this place feel special. "If you are looking for somewhere to live, take this as your sign. After moving across the United States we have landed at the most amazing location here at The Crimson. Everything from the amenities to the apartments is absolutely better than promised. I’d like to also mention the kind, warm, selfless Building manager Jen. She has been absolutely fantastic during our time here. She’s very attentive to all needs, makes sure everything is to the highest standard and always makes sure to check in ask how you are and if you need anything when she sees you. The building is always extremely clean and the pool and common room look brand new each day. The apartments are very spacious and hold true to all shown in the displays. If some worry about sound or being in a building so large with alot of people I can assure you it’s like we live here alone. The neighbors are all so respectful and always make it a point to be kind and welcoming and follow the buildings rules. 10/10 would recommend to anyone searching this is home."

"Just recently took a tour of The Crimson and Jennifer was amazing! She really makes you feel heard and like her residents matter and what they think is very important to her. Everything about the Crimson is amazing. Their gym was huge, the indoor pool plus hot tub was amazing. They also offer a parking garage. But the parking in the back is huge so you don’t have to worry about not having a place to park. They also have an elevator. Jennifer also is kind enough to provide multiple carts around the property for residents to use for moving things or if you have groceries. The entire property is definitely luxury living and you feel that as soon as you walk in the doors."
