"Cresten Property Management is honestly the worst company I’ve ever rented from. I signed a 16-month lease but left after only 8 months because it was so bad. When I moved into my “brand new” unit, there were over 10+ maintenance issues right away, and most were looked over or never fixed. The property was filthy, management ignored complaints, and dogs barked nonstop day and night. There was open drug use and even a shooting on the property. Safety clearly wasn’t a priority. They charged monthly fees like an $11 “Tenant Admin Fee,” $8 “Tax Adjustment Fee,” and $15 “Common Area Maintenance” fee. While they did technically deliver on what those charges were meant to cover, they never actually followed through in practice. For example, when I paid a “Common Area Maintenance” fee, I expected proper cleaning after requests, which never happened. Macey was the constant manager, but other managers came and went every few weeks. I also contacted Cresten’s corporate office multiple times and never got a response. Completely unorganized, unprofessional, and careless. This was a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend Cresten Property Management to anyone."

"I recently moved into the Brixx , and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the very beginning, Danielle made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive to all my questions — always going above and beyond to make sure everything was handled on time. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. Whether it was helping with paperwork, scheduling the move-in, or making sure my apartment was in perfect condition, Danielle was there every step of the way. Thanks to her, the transition into my new home was seamless and enjoyable. Also, I would like to appreciate the help Macy (another lady working in the office, she was really helpful and offering any assistance)- They are the best to deal with- they made me so happy. I truly appreciate the excellent service and warm welcome. I highly recommend both this apartment community and Danielle for anyone looking for a place to call home!"

"I regret to share my experience at The Brixx, where I lived for two years. The apartment itself was fine. It was the overall community that brought a lot of concerns. There was a heavy police presence here, a few times being from shootings or hit and runs, which made it an unsettling environment. There was constantly groups of men hanging out in the parking lot, and extremely limited parking when your neighbors are basically running an auto body shop in the parking lot. Any time I’d come home there was always the smell of marijuana coming from other apartments. Overall, this place was not a safe home for me and left as soon as I could."

They took the time to patiently answer all questions and made the process feel much easier. Their positive attitudes, humor, and genuine smiles truly helped lighten the experience."
