"I recently moved into Brett and could not be happier with my decision. The property is brand new, and everything has that fresh, untouched feel. It’s extremely neat and clean, with a modern design that makes coming home every day a pleasure. Brett offers all the amenities you could ask for — a great coffee machine, a well-maintained pool, and a gym that’s perfect for convenient workouts. The community is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax and enjoy your space. It’s also pet-friendly for those who need it. A special mention to Karina, the property manager, who was incredibly efficient and professional throughout the entire leasing process. She made signing the lease smooth and stress-free, and was always available to answer any questions. The maintenance team is also very efficient and responsive, handling any requests quickly and professionally. On a lighter note, the building is so well-lit at night that a good amount of light streams into the apartments — you almost don’t even need to turn on the lights inside! Overall, I highly recommend Brett for anyone looking for a modern, comfortable, and well-managed place to live."

"I have had an amazing experience here! The community is maintenanced on a regular basis and any issues are resolved quickly. I believe the atmosphere here is because of the care Karina shows in being the property manager. She stays on top of everything and is very personable! They also have community events every few months which is also nice. You we feel appreciated as a tenant if you live here which is very different from the experience of being somewhere that you’re only acknowledged for your rent payment."

"The Brett is a newly built construction, offering a variety of amenities. The massage chair is a winner after a long week of work. The daily stocked tea, and Starbucks coffee bar is most appreciated. I think Karina is doing a wonderful job in maintaining the up keep of the property. The lobby is tended to throughout the week, with a cleaning crew keeping the halls, and entry way clean. The space and storage in my unit is ample. I would definitely recommend the property to a single person or couple looking for a quaint place to call home."

"My boyfriend and I moved into the Brett about a year and a half ago (our first place moving in together) and we didn't think twice about signing the lease to continue to live here. This place is amazing. For a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that is brand new (we were the first tenants in the unit), it's very affordable. Beautiful modern design units that are clean, quiet and comfortable. I have a wheelchair bound disabled daughter, so the apartment is perfect for her to get in and out of easily. When we signed the lease, it was a very easy process. The apartment manager Karina is super nice, understanding, professional, and efficient. If you have any maintenance requests, they get answered and resolved very quickly. We even recommended this complex to a couple of our friends, who then moved in shortly after us. Also, being pet friend is a perk. They also have security cameras throughout the complex and it's highly lit up at night which makes you feel a lot safer. I highly recommend this place to anyone."

"Found this place online and went to tour it. Karina was very respectful, kind, and was willing to show rooms and answer ANY question that I had. The process of applying and signing the lease was very straight forward and Karina was super helpful throughout the process.
