"I have lived here for over a year. The apartment itself is great, and so were the two previous managers. However, I don't feel like I'm being treated with compassion by the new property manager. While I understand there are policies, I see no reason to be so cold about them. I've been a good tenant during my time here, but I am dealing with hardship that isn't permanent."

"Been here for 6months or so now, since day one i regret moving into this unit. day one was complaints of our moving noise, so a cart for hard things and just walking, like okay i get it cart is loud. next day we bought rugs to dampen our noises and everything else. fixed, now we can also hear the people above us just doing simple tasks along with sounds well into the midnight quiet hours. We feel so lied to, we asked day of the tour if theres sound, was told no(i know there will be noise BUT i shouldnt have to hear every door shut, every cough or peoples simple talking voice beside us) and now its winter time and one of the three bedrooms doesnt get enough heat. its a full 6degree difference. Asked for maintence, got it only to learn we are not the only ones with issues with heat. So its making me believe these places were made cheap and fast as possible. thin walls, thin floors and a heater system that is so wonky everyone else with more than 2bd is having issues.
Now then the units themselves are pretty and i love them! its just the fact no matter what we do we cant dampen our own sounds or other peoples. Has a fun park area is close to walmart and lots of coffee places. thats about it. sucks the floor and walls are so thin otherwise this was our dream place. only to be shattered on day one."
