"My Husband and I along with our 2 pups lived here for almost 8 years. We all enjoyed many sunsets and wonderful golf views, even in the winter it is beautiful. It is a very busy place with great life and the golf course and need some patience for certain times of the season. Jess, the property manager is caring and pleasant, always ready to help. So although we moved to a new Downtown Lloyd Apt.,we will always cherish the memories we made there. Thank you😃😎🐶🐶"

"As someone who moved from out of state, I was nervous to move into my first apartment. I lived here for 9 years, and the hospitality that Jessica showed me while I lived here was unlike anything I'd experienced before. She went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and she truly enjoys serving those who live here. I also enjoyed working with the previous manager Kurt. I didn't feel like just a number to them, they truly valued me. Everyone was so kind. I regret having to leave, as I wanted a 2-bedroom and was unable to secure one here. The Bluff’s has a unique charm, offering golfing, an indoor pool, Willow's restaurant, beautiful scenery, peaceful surroundings, and readily available maintenance. I would highly recommend this apartment complex."

"I moved into The Bluffs and absolutely love it. The apartments are the best in the Sioux falls area. They are super spacious, high quality, and very quiet. You also get alot of very nice perks. You get a great life gym and golf membership just for living here as well as a great life gym inside the building, a indoor swimming pool/hot tub, a beautiful golf course on the property, and a restaurant in the building as well! The property manager Jess is hands down the best I know and you can tell she cares about her residents. If you need anything at all she always goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. She is a very hard worker and a very kind person! Jess is the best! The maintenence team here is very experienced as well and will get anything taken care of as soon as possible! I'm excited to live here and to get out golfing!"

"We have been living at The Bluffs for four years and love it!! The views are outstanding. We simply love walking out our back door to play golf. The gym is top notch and I never have to wait for any equipment. The heated garage is a great convenience in winter. The walls are well insulated so we rarely hear our neighbors. Management is very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t be happier!!"

"The Bluffs at Willow Run - an awesome place with amazing amenities and accommodations. The complex has incredibly well-kept common areas and is very clean with spacious apartments. This is the perfect place to live for people who love the awesome views of nature, and yet want to be close to city conveniences. Jess helped our recent move to be very easy, and she’s always upbeat and friendly. She and Dave are great to work with and super helpful, assisting with any questions in a very timely manner!"
