"I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the Apartment complex. First the office people, Averie and Michele, who have just been so accommodating and helpful. They are firm about rules and regulations which we are appreciative of. Second the maintenance team mainly Brian,oh my gosh, are amazing. I have had multiple small issues. They get it done in a timely and professional manner. Very considerate of your home and your privacy. We feel like we finally found a home. I cannot recommend this company anymore than that. They are just a great management and maintenance team. Thank-You"

"These past four months have been my first time to rent an apartment. After researching online, the Altitude Apartment Complex was chosen. I could not be more pleased: Upon arrival, Karen was very friendly, professional, helpful, kind and provided the guidance needed to mske this our home for awhile. She has continued with that same wonderful customer service skills. The maintenance supervisor goes well beyond expectations, as well. He is very personable, attends to any concerns promptly and he seems to take great pride in making sure our needs are met. One day, I had misplaced my keys while in the gym; he went the extra mile to help me locate them. Kudos to these two employees. The unit has been so easy to access and, while it is out-of-town, it is close to hospitals and clinics, as well as a variety of shopping areas, trails and area attractions here in the Black Hills. The neighborhood is quiet, facilities (l.e. gym, movie theater, wifi area and bathroom) are always clean and inviting. This new apartment complex makes me feel right at home until our next house can be purchased. Snow removal for the apartment areas were quickly and consistently attended to by staff every time it snows. The county/state highway departments were just as quick in their snow removal, making it safe for all residents. The doggy park hss been perfect for our little long-haired chichuhua; the outdoor swimming pool will be very inviting for summer here. It takes a huge team to make an organization run as smoothly and effectively, as is done here. Please extend thanks to all staff members. Violet, Jim and Tim Ferrell"

"5 Stars - A+++ Experience at Altitude Villas! I recently moved from Denver, Colorado for work, and after touring many apartment complexes, I instantly knew The Altitude was the one. The three-bedroom units have an amazing large back patio, which was a huge plus for me. But what truly sets this place apart is everything else it offers: it's extremely pet-friendly, has a movie theater, pool table, swimming pool, gym, free Starbucks coffee, and a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere. The leasing staff were absolutely awesome from day one. Michelle, the leasing manager, is a total rockstar—she genuinely cares about us, she has gone above and beyond for me and that warmth really shines through. It made a big difference and helped me feel right at home. On top of all that, the pricing is exceptional for what you get. I love living here and honestly can’t recommend Altitude Villas enough. Great work to the entire Altitude staff including Brian with maintenance. I love coming home! :)"
