The property manager is always easy to find unless the off chance she has to help out other properties occasionally, but she still remains responsive to any issues/questions/complaints when reached out to and still quickly handles them. The maintenance requests are always handled quickly and professionally. The property is new and modern and I have no complaints that aren’t easily handled by management."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t even know where to start with this apartment complex. Maybe I’ll start with the fact that it was a brand new apartment. I walked in to nails all over my carpet paint splattered everywhere multiple cracks dishwasher wasn’t even hooked up and I ran it dry anytime you try scheduling with maintenance. They’re super unreliable and don’t come on your time they come on their time. Neighbors are not mindful of quiet time. People be yelling in the hallways at 6 AM. Don’t even think about leaving your window open because everyone smokes cigarettes, dog poop and cigarette butts litter the property. I could go on and on for days just save yourself the trouble in the headache and do not move in here way over price for the crap they’re offering."
