"Showed up on move-in day and found out the apartment I was promised wasn’t even ready. No heads-up, nothing. The property manager was just as clueless and only found out when I got there — seriously? Then she tells me to move into a completely different unit, after I was told to set up renters insurance, utilities, and Wi-Fi for the original one. Total mess. Honestly, worst experience I’ve had with a property management company."

"Shanna Ward wouldn't answer my questions about a lease and the intent to rent form and said if I didn't sign the form that day regardless she would cancel my app. I told her I don't sign those kinds of documents without fully understanding them. She ignored that email and cancelled the app and said I can't reapply for 6 months. She also forced me to have very little time to get approved saying I had to take the property right away as her team ate up a 30 day window approving me so I had no way of getting movers etc. You have been warned in dealing with her."

"We had an experience of an unknown critter in the ductwork above our microwave. The microwave was removed by Adam and his helper but no critter found. The microwave was replaced and they viewed the attic for any possible entries to the exhaust system but nothing was found. I had them spread some mouse cubes and moth balls in the atttic above the garage. All was done in a very proper manner. A new experience for everyone. Thank you"

"The worst people to run from I can never get a hold of my landlord. They will stop but nothing to try to evict you even though I’m trying to pay them my rent can’t ever get a hold of anyone in their office. It always feels like they’re doing something illegal. I would never run from them again -1000 out of 10."

"Kudos to Mills for giving me back most of my deposit!! Even though I'm a responsible renter other rental companies always seem to make my deposit disappear. Andrew Wegner was great to work with, even when we had to get out of our lease early due to military service. They did a great job communicating with us about maintenance visits as well. The apartment was a great price, well maintained and had a good feeling for the neighborhood."
