"We've been through as many property managers as maintenance men in 2 years I've been here. I made 3 requests to fix my dryer and the thing is still broken. My electric is nearly $300 (the insulation is shot-think frozen walls) in June and my water bill just broke $100.
I had to reach out to regional management for them to fix my ledger because they had 4 months of inaccurate charges. Don't even get me started on their ability to follow housing rules.
So excited to be gone."

"It’s rare to come by this combination of well maintained/relatively affordable/organized and kind management. We spent almost five years at Silver Springs townhomes. The area of town has always been nice, but the current property management goes above and beyond. Jill introduced herself right away when she started, made sure everything was updated/organized when we renewed our lease the last couple years, and has always been easy to communicate with. The few times we had questions or maintenance things, we were able to talk to them right away or the same day. She keeps the properties updated and sends regular communication about things like snow removal plans. We recently left only because of moving, and they made the process so easy."

"We were new to renting a town home! And safe to say incredibly excited! When we saw the cozy units and vibe of the place it felt like a good place to live! Safe space for our children to play, to BBQ to walk your dog. It’s quiet and cozy and management runs it well! Literally not a single complaint baring our neighbors. They had issues and management took such good care of us and the situation and really personally showed how much they cared. Which we had never experienced before. I can’t speak highly enough of Jill! Such a kind and dedicated woman! She really looks out for the tenants here! It’s been almost a year and this is be the best place we’ve lived in yet as renters. Maintenance has always been so friendly and helpful as well, not that we’ve needed them for much which has been really enjoyable! 10/10 recommend this place!"
