"I lived in one of the townhomes here for a year and I had a great experience! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The office manager, Autumn, is incredibly friendly and helpful! She goes the extra mile to make sure all the tenants have a good experience, and you can tell she is passionate about her work! I was impressed with everyone that worked on the property, they were always professional and kind. I have a demanding schedule and I really appreciated how flexible they were with coordinating inspections and maintenance items to fit my availability. The secure mail room is very convenient, and the community room is a perfect spot to host gatherings for friends and family. I've lived in plenty of rentals, and this one was my favorite by far. I would happily live here again!"

"I moved into the Silos in June of 2023. There was a ton of manager turn over at the time, trashes were full and overflowing, and occasionally a lack of response or an extended wait for maintenance repairs. Since Autumn has come, she has really turned things around and made this community truly the best community I’ve lived in. Also a special should out to the maintenance men, as they’re quick to resolve issues and love on my kitty just as much as me!"

"Karlie, the property manager is amazing at her job! She answers all phone calls and questions also whenever I put in a maintenance request I always get a fast response thanks to Gustavo! I love the location and the modern feel of the apartments. The clubhouse is always kept clean as well as the apartments! During the summer the pool is what brings everyone in the community together. I would highly recommend the Silos Apartments to anyone looking for the next place to live!"

"I have lived at the Silos since November and have thoroughly enjoyed it! The apartments are in a wonderful location and the property manager, Karlie, has been great to work with. She is very attentive and quickly answers any questions. The units are modern but comfortable, and the newly finished clubhouse is amazing! We also enjoy having a secure package room and a thermostat we can control with our phones. Highly recommend!"

"Current property manager is amazing! Right when we moved in, July 2023, there was a lot of manager turn over and bolts of problems. Package room was a mess, the parking was rough, trash was always full, but this manager came in and whipped this place into shape! She is AMAZING to work with! We will be renewing, love the apartment!"
