"Jennifer & the Shriver team made Sioux Falls feel like home! If you’re looking for a place to live in Sioux Falls, stop scrolling...this is it! The apartment itself is beautiful: modern, spacious, bright, and way more than I expected for the area. Each apartment I saw had a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The bathrooms are REMARKABLE, which high-quality tiles and finishing. The views from the large windows are really impressive! There's a mail room that is locked and monitored by a camera, which is amazing for receiving packages. The gym in the building satisfies your needs for exercise. The hallways smell good and are very clean. I LOVE THAT! There's a Chase bank in the building and ALSO a Sushi/Pad Thai restaurant. They had me at "Sushi in the building". (And the food is delicious, I ordered the pineapple fried rice with chicken and a lobster roll! Chef's kiss!) But honestly, what made the whole experience unforgettable was the property manager Jennifer. She’s the absolute best! From the moment she called me back (literally right after my request), her warm, kind voice made me feel welcome before I even stepped foot in the city. The tour was smooth, but more than that—she truly cared. She took time to answer every question, shared tips about Sioux Falls, and just made me feel seen and valued as a person, not just another applicant. In a world where people can feel rushed or impersonal, Jennifer went above and beyond. She’s genuine, patient, 10/10 helpful, and exactly the kind of person you want guiding you through a move. I was given two bottles of water and snacks during the tour. (I've never received anything for free during an apartment tour...EVER! And I've toured many apartments around the country.) I highly recommend The Shriver. Book that tour and find your new home. The quality of the apartment and included amenities really make you want to stay. Not to mention the perks they offer you when you apply quickly. Next level! Thank you, Jennifer—you’re amazing!"

"I toured Shriver Square Apartments and was very impressed. They’re located right in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls, which is a huge plus. The apartments are upscale and modern, with nice appliances, quality fixtures, and good-sized layouts. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The property manager, Jennifer, was very friendly and accommodating, and made the tour a great experience. Overall, this seems like an excellent option for professionals or those who enjoy the downtown/nightlife scene, but in a classy, upscale way. Definitely worth checking out if you want downtown living."

"The Schriver Building amenities and apartments are absolutely top-tier. The apartments themselves are state-of-the-art, super clean, super nice, and very affordable, which makes them an incredible value—especially for downtown living. The freedom to come and go as you please is a huge plus, and having Pho Thai Sushi downstairs means you can get all the sushi you want without ever leaving the building. There’s also a bank inside and a variety of other businesses, which makes everyday life extremely convenient and genuinely cool. Located right in the heart of downtown, everything you love is just a hop, skip, and a jump away—bars, restaurants, and entertainment are all right there. The views are amazing, and the entire place truly feels special. Property management deserves a big shoutout as well. Jen is always amazing—she handles any issues quickly and efficiently, and the maintenance team is stellar as always. Overall, the Shriver Building is an outstanding place to live, and I couldn’t recommend it more."
