"As others have stated, insulation is horrible. The heat does not stay in the apartment during winter. Package delivery is a huge issue if you live in the apartment buildings. Delivery drivers don’t always have access to the designated parcel room and the property manager doesn’t seem to care about it. Very inconvenient."

"This is by far the cheapest built place I have ever lived in. Our energy bill was frequently above $150/month because of poor insulation. The doors are visibly installed crooked and just let all the cool air out in the summer. We were the first ever occupants and upon move in there were smudges on white walls, broken baseboards, and even rebar sticking out of floor of the garage because the entire unit was built crooked relative to the foundation (all the doors closed on their own). We had maintenance come several times for our toilet until they finally got an actual plumber there who found out there was a rock in the plumbing below the toilet. They entice you with allowing pets but beware half of your pet deposit is actually just a fee and monthly pet rent doesn't go towards any damages. Cheap construction, poor management communication, and fees everywhere you look are what I recall from living here. Look elsewhere!"

"My son and his wife who are both serving in our military (they also have a young child) has been having issues with the a/c not working. This place will not address the issue. I can't even visit them and have to stay in a hotel. Pretty sad."
