"Brand new apartments in a growing area near southside Walmart. Convenient access to most things. All the bells and whistles you'd want. Competitive pricing. Michelle and Tyler are great. They are not only great at their jobs, but they are a 2nd set of eyes on your kids. Their dedication makes us feel really safe here. I have lived in many apartments for the past 15 years, and Sedona is in my top 3 favorite apartments. My son loves it too!"

"I have so far had a great experience with Sedona Flats and Lloyd. Moving from a house to an apartment was stressful, but Rachel in the leasing office was a pleasure to deal with. She was very responsive and made the move in process easy. The apartments are new and the grounds are well kept. The location is very convenient. Would highly recommend."

"One of the best apartments in south dakota! Hunter was extremely helpful, made the move in process easy for me and is very patient. Sedona Flats is soooo pretty! I love everything about it from the exterior to the interior. Very upscale, very beautiful and everyone is very friendly! Nice community I love it."
