"What truly sets Royal Oak apart is the management team, especially Carol. She's incredibly professional, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents have a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.
The apartments themselves are spacious and bright, with vaulted ceilings and walkout patios. The amenities are top-notch too, including an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and guest rooms.
Overall, I can't recommend Royal Oak Apartments highly enough. It's a great place to live with a perfect location and outstanding management.""

"The location, the amenities, the professional management are all terrific, but the best thing about Royal Oak is the underground parking! No scraping of ice and snow off the car on frigid winter mornings! And, in the summer, no getting into a boiling hot car after it's sitting out in the sun for hours! I've lived here more than eight years and it's been great!"

"Kind management people are responsive to resident needs. Continual work on upgrading homes for future renters. Quiet environment near the park and bike trails. Wonderful neighbors. A lot of bang for the buck in my opinion. Bonus underground parking is a lifesaver in the winter!"
