"This is a good building in the heart of Sioux Falls downtown. Very near to Minnesota Ave and Falls Park. It is at the bank of Sioux River with a beautiful view of the river.
The only thing that is a concern it has small apartments. They have only studios and 1 Bedroom apartments with Studio type kitchen.
Good thing is electricity and gas are included in the rent so no need to worry about bills separately.
They have small community room and fitness center as well. No swimming pool.
Staff is very good and helping. They cooperate very well with great professionalism."

"I lived here for almost a year in one of the studios and I thought it was great, a very competitive price, excellent management and exact What I needed. I had to end my lease early due to a job change due to civic taking me out of state. This place was so fantastic that I’m moving back again shortly this time to a 1 bedroom unit. No one has compared to the excellent management that they have here. The manager Glenna is beyond compare and sets the new standard for apartment management. Definitely recommend."

"River Tower Apartments is my home. I feel safe and secure. I have everything at my disposal. Billiard table for late night boredom killing, on site laundromat which saves me lots of time by having it open 24/7. Mail room to store my junk mail and they even keep Amazon packages safe.
Place is clean and I have never had any major or minor issues thus far.
The strawberry on top... is Glenna. What s super Property manager. Runs this place like a well oiled super machine. A caring person that truly wants her tenants happy.

"I lived here for 20 months. If you're looking for something affordable and in downtown, this place offers great value. Rents are beyond reasonable, and they include heating and water. Glenna the manager is detailed and always follows through, and the maintenance staff is uber responsive and reliable. The only downside is the building is a bit outdated, though some units apparently are going through subtle upgrades, like wood panel flooring. All in all, you get your money's worth. So if "fancy" is not at the top of your list, you check out this place."
