"Great experience with the new manager Amie and new maintenance Jesse. Called the office with two work orders and within 30 minutes, Jesse was at my TH to assess the issues. Jesse had to get parts and assured me he would be back that day. Workorders were completed that day as promised. Excellent customer service- friendly and efficient. Thank you Amie, Jesse and Emma for going above and beyond!"

Excellent location, a mantra of amenities, well maintained and a team of on-site professionals who make sure you and your family are comfortable. Pet friendly, awesome in-ground pool, clubhouse and a park for the kiddos. A great place to settle down and call home!"

"We are living in this Townhome for last 6 years. This year they completely stopped cleaning the snow even 12 hours after snow stopped. Darian was wonderful and reachable but now there’s absolute mess and if you want to shovel snow and still pay for it, go on: I have tried to contact management multiple times and while they say they’ll do it after the snow stops they clean it after 2 days. This is not okay."

"My personal experience at Prairie's Edge Townhomes is by far the best I have ever experienced. It is located in a great area of Sioux Falls, with very well taking care landscape. It has a great area with pool at the clubhouse that also has a gym. The maintenance staff is great , but for most the property manager,Darian Parkhurst gave me a warm an amazing welcome, that makes it feel like a family. Also Darian's commitment and professionalism I rate it at the top. I am very happy to live in a place surrounded by such great people. Thank you Ms Darian !!!"

The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to meet everyday needs. One of the biggest reasons I’ve stayed this long is the management and maintenance team. They are consistently responsive, respectful, and genuinely care about the residents. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted over the years has been addressed promptly and professionally, and the staff is always friendly and approachable. The sense of safety and community here is unmatched. It’s a calm, neighborly environment where everyone respects one another’s space. Whether you’re a single professional, a couple, or a small family, Prairie Edge is a fantastic place to live long-term.
