"The three times that I called Prairie View I was very satisfied for the person that I talked to had great customer service and answered all my questions and I was very impressed by it all. I called many other apartments and I felted like some of the peaple I talked to did not care and they just wanted my personal information so they could pass it on to others and their application fees was ridiculous, but Prairie View really did care and like I said I appreciate it so very much for you rarely see that. Thank you much."

"I currently live at Prairie View townhomes. This NLR management which owns them, is going downhill for it's tenants and has been for a long time. The maintenance is horrible. He has just randomly walked in my home without notice. I have problems that are in my home that have not been taken care of for close to a year. One of the reasons I moved to this unit is what amenities it had. Now they are removing our washer and dryers out because they say it does not say they can't in the lease agreement, unless we pay $600 per year to rent them. What is next? Who know? I strongly do not recommend. You can ask so many of tenants and they will all agree that this is a terrible place to live and they treat you horrible."

"Was super exciting to move in here initially and went through both applications and left a check for a holding. Was initially told I could move in this week (over a month ago) and now have 2 days to find a new place as I cannot get ahold of and keep contact with someone in charge. Very disappointed in the way the situation has been handled, especially now because I have so little time to find somewhere else. Hopefully they resolve these issues for future tenants!"
