"I have been living in this building for one week and so far I feel pretty happy. Ben Shay, the manager, is really profesional; since I started to fill my application, until now, he have been really nice and helpful. I reported minors things to "fix" in the apartment and he sent the maintenance guys pretty soon; they also did a pretty good job. The building is clean and the apartments are pretty nice. I definitely recommend this place. Thanks for your help and great job Ben! 😃"

"I’ve been living at Midtown Heights for approximately three years and by far the best manager here is Ben Shay.he is very thorough and forthcoming with all information due to tenants and he’s always there when it comes to making the best decisions,regarding all tenants.He has been instrumental in removing people that abide by the rules and those who don’t he manages fairly and just. "Midtown Heights is a very beautiful building! The bedrooms are very spacious and the in unit laudry really sold me on these apartments. Erica was very quick and efficient with getting my application and move in done! Im excited that all utilities are included as well so just one bill to pay each month!"

"Lloyd-Midtown Heights properties are set up nicely with as seen in some images features more in todays modern design. The guarantee however that I was given coming from a two-story duplex to a one level apartment is that an additional storage unit room located in their spacious hallways would be included. As of a month ago from when I moved in, I have had little to no communication back which is now understandable because the previous landlord has no longer been present. Well as emails piled up along with calls and even two to the corporate department I finally just spoke to a few other residents about rent payments as well considering I was informed an online rent portal through the companies sight is where I would pay rent. Well I do give her props for sending me the link however the process of getting in here took from beginning of July to Sept. 1st to sign the lease and as motel stays and portions of funeral expenses from my fiances passing had me down the County stepped in and assisted with the first months rent leaving me with needing another link.. So now of all the luck in the world, said tenants one having a close relationship with a Lloyd employee on deck at the premises mentions that everyone puts their checks/money orders under the office door.. This now finding out that the 5th of October, possibly the day before threw word of mouth with another gal whom lives on 3rd floor and congrats to her for the new bundle of joy in the world! But, this is when supposedly no more ties with the properties from the previous landlord would be. So while I'm already struggling trying to learn the ropes around here, working with this little program that has no regard for the entirety of my situation but rather program rules to express a bad check was wrote regardless of whether I attempted to pay on time or not I would have my funds, account, and more of my life monitored and babied like a 17 year old getting ready to go out in the real world when in all actuality I just ended ties with my previous landlord of 6 years and was working towards the goal of home ownership with hands down the best realtor in SIOUX FALLS, JAN FISHER! She will go the distance within her power to see one just a little more satisfied along with her husband Clay through Remax. Unfortunately rent to own or home ownership funding wouldn't be included or part of program policy funding to assist one with a first months payment towards that then this where I originally thought I'd have a spot or choice on first floor unit 100 which is what was looked at and ready and given to other tenants just shy a few days before my lease signing. Anyway, until the twister touched down in my life wiping everything away well materially thankfully not my two infant boys that believe me I am blessed to have as reminders of what the greater good of fighting the fight means to remain as humanly intact as possible without getting your hopes up because some people have little to no regard these days for literally helping... Even if it is your job title!! I am thankful Heartland homes is covering about 40% and 60% on this end, these goals, fragile but still there of coming back up in the world to shed light on the better days again may be teeter tottering but they are there and WILL be even if I have to go it alone defending and standing up for what the FACTS of my situation is then I will. MY check never would of been returned if my information, accts and personal documents weren't discovered threw the Black Web. And what is this anyway? I've heard it come up around me as a shassty way of retrieving info or other means of communication but my identity info, private/secured info well what I thought was.. like really😭 but the bank I immediately called following a person messaging me that my finances would be monitored and managed by her and the program as I knew about the program rules and I still broke them knowing the rules and since my check bounced because I had no funds (initially did) but here you go black web, govnna, God! Have her all it wasn't mine to begin with! FACTS"
