"Well, I have been here a year and I must say some of the residents are nice but others are not so nice, I have been called a liar by one resident that I really don't know very well, and I don't know why she said that to me, and she's not very nice at all and there is bulling going around this place, I love my apt but I am just going to mind my own business and not going to get involved with no one here it's better to be safe then sorry. !!!!"

"Nothing is perfect, but this place has come along way since I moved in 2-1/2 years ago. We have new management and maintenance. They have their work cut out for them cleaning and fixing the years of neglect. They have come along way in a short time. Communication is great with management and tenants. I usually call and leave a message, as this is the best way to communicate with any busy office personnel. There is always a smile and a hi from the crew. And when they ask you how you are, they are sincere. My apt is fantastic, when I first moved in, my oven went wacky, and within a few days it was fixed, the control panel went out. Lloyd's called professional help, they showed up next day, and 2 days later the control board was replaced. I have a new refrigerator. My apt was empty for quite awhile, so there were some issues, but maintenance was on top of every little thing. Thank you Autumn and Bailey for taking on a tough job. You guys "ROCK" ."

"There's Definitely on my part; No Recommendations coming from me when it comes to moving here! Live a Happy; Life while you still can. This place is nothing but, Drama with people who think they have to have there noises in your Business! Manager and Landlords; amongst Lloyd properties suck! The Next time I'm bullied by some; Granny who thinks she knows more about my Medical problems better then I do and Rumors continue to fly about me; I will Call Cops and Make sure my mom is also hear to talk to the Landlord.. who acts like he isn't doing his Job and what he is trained and qualified for. I have come to the conclusion no matter how much you complain to the landlords about people gossiping, or being rude, they still get away with stuff! Just like; they get away with smoking marijuana in the apartments and they won't do nothing about it!"

"I love my apartment. Meadowlawn has such clean Apartments, Jennifer is a great manager, helps from paperwork to move in. She is always there when you need help. The Maintenance upkeeps property very well. New appliances, It's convenient to everything. Definitely 5 stars easy.. *updated* 11/10/2023--- would not recommend any more. Under new management and management has no control. It's loud, tenant board controls rules, elderly lady that won't leave personal mail alone, pet owners don't clean up, messy stinky odor hallways. Loud tenants at 1am.. tenants making other tenants uncomfortable. Management doesn't care. Management isn't here or her door is always shut.. would not recommend anymore"

"A very nice apartment complex. The apartments are really nice. The manager, Angie is so friendly and such a sweetheart. The caretaker, John, is very nice and friendly. John is very dedicated to his job. After we had snow or ice during the winter, he came to work really early in the mornings to clean out the parking lot. John even came on his days off, just to make sure that everything is safe for us to get out and about. I would recommend Meadowlawn Apartments to anyone. It's an awesome place to live."
