"Been living at lux since 2022 and honestly even though we’ve gone through several property managers, they always seem to be willing to communicate and work with residents. I continue to renew my lease due to the great, clean environment each property manager has provided throughout the years. I’m not sure about move out practices yet with lux but can tell you being and an OG resident I have nothing bad to say. Just renewed my 4th lease with them and will continue to do so. Appreciate everybody and past managers"

"I lived here for 2 years and everything was great while I stayed. But there’s something they don’t tell you until you move out — they’ll keep your entire deposit, overcharge utilities in your last month, and send you a final bill full of inflated and unclear fees. If you try to dispute it or ask for an explanation, you’ll be completely ignored.
If you value your money and peace of mind, stay away from this place before it happens to you."

"Terrible move out practices. A deposit is not a bonus for your check! Do not move into this place unless you like being taken advantage of and no way to get your deposit back EVEN if you leave the place spotless. They will send you a bill for "paint" for $250 with no pictures, reasoning, hours billed nothing. Just "paint". $250. After already claiming a $1000 deposit. Just pathetic. Do better Lloyd companies and property managers Rylie and Stephen!"
