"Great apartments to live in the manager is very friendly and is willing to help with anything. I really like how when there is an issue Cassi always addresses it to everyone and makes sure people are taking care of the apartment as a building. Slow to do maintenance fixes at moments, sometimes it can get noisy with kids and neighbors, and trash area needs to be up kept a bit better. Other than that it is a great place."

"I'm in Florida and had been looking for apartments for my family members that moved to this area for better opportunities. I was able to call and speak with a Mr. Spenser who set up the appointment with for a "Spanish speaking client" the professionalism Ms. Giselle showed to them was exceptional.
I had asked so many questions via email and Spenser has been very quick to respond and ease any concerns I had. My family have never rented an apartment and with limited English, the mere fact that this office treated them no different than any other individuals spoke highly of them.
After the interview, I checked up on them and just to hear their happy voices of how the service was presented and how Ms. Gisselle went out of her way to make them feel comfortable put so much ease in me being so far away from them.
Thank you for the time taken today to show them around and aid in the process of applying. For being so transparent and courteous, for seeing them as human beings - after so many people have showed them the worse side of themselves. You guys brought them hope in a world that tends to be very judgmental. God bless you abundantly for your kindness."

"I moved in a month ago and I absolutely love it here! I love the location and the view of downtown. Also, my manager Cassie is the best! She’s so welcoming and so friendly! It’s clean, safe and maintenance always does such a good job on any repair’s that are needed!"
