"I’ve been here 16 months now, and it’s really been a fantastic experience. At first, I was skeptical about going back to apartment living, but the staff, the facilities, and the central location has made it very enjoyable experience. It’s a safe and comfortable community, and I’ve not experienced any of the complaints you hear about with apartment living. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with here has been friendly and courteous. The office staff as well as the maintenance crew, have been exceptional—always thorough and prompt. The resident portal is user friendly, and the property is very good about communicating with us. During warmer months, there’s a buzz and an energy in the complex that I find refreshing.. I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a quality facility that is professionally maintained and administered—and a place that just feels like home."

"We were looking for a 3 BR, 2 Bath apartment. Caitlyn, who is the Property Manager for Dublin Square, was very helpful, friendly and professional. She showed us the property, we said we wanted it. Then we changed our minds and backed out of it. Then we changed our minds again and said we did want it. Of course it was already rented out. Long story short, Caitlin went way beyond her duties trying to find us a place to live. She went so far as to calling other Lloyd Properties to see if anyone had any openings for us. In the meantime, we did find a duplex on the west side of town. What I'm trying to say is Caitlyn is a wonderful person, and if you ever are looking for a place to move, go to Dublin Square and ask for Caitlyn. She's the best! Thanks Caitlyn!!"

"I lived here for just over 2 years. At first it was fine, and probably would have been fine… if you don’t live near the Trinity pointe apartments next door. The kids from over there come over and cause nothing but problems. All summer long they are in the pool.. they stole a package from my door.. they are truly the most unruly children. They play in the trash and throw it everywhere. Management does nothing about it. Even some of the kids in the Dublin complex are horrific. The woman who lived in a building across from me has shopping carts outside her door.. her daughter and young son are not supervised at all… and it makes the entire place uncomfortable to live in. So glad we left when we did. I know several of my neighbors left for similar reasons. If you want to go with this complex…. Stay away from the units next to Trinity pointe! If I knew it was next to a government housing complex I would have never chosen to live there…"
