"I have had a wonderful experience in making Diamond Fields my new home. Kim went above and beyond in the entire experience of obtaining my place, up to my arrival from out of state. Without going into great detail, she went above and beyond and assisted me in matters that weren't her problem to solve. When I arrived, I was met by Amairis and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with since my arrival. Both of these ladies are absolutely wonderful and easy to work with! I'm very pleased to have found this place!"

"Great SAFE community. The new manger cares about the property. And the upkeep. We have great community engagement with decorating contests and special events at the pool. Yes, pool. We have a great pool and rec room. The maintenance dept are very efficient at getting things fixed.
Only thing I would want different is. A hot tub in the pool area and taller locked fence around the pool to keep the neighboring community residence (the houses surrounding that don’t pay to live here) out of our area."

"Diamond Field has been great for the past 6 months!
The property has many tenants but noise is not a factor in my area. My neighbors are respectful and parking is never an issue.
My building may have been built a little on the low cost side by the original developers, but I moved into a clean and large space for the money.
As a professional who works Downtown Sioux Falls, the location is the worst feature of this community. Do NOT expect a walkable area, as you must pass Veteran's Parkway to get anywhere. Dawley Farms is very close, for movies, shopping, and errands. There is also a convenient Kwik Star right up the road.
I look forward to the pool in the summer and using the bike trail that connects to the city trail system.
Diamond Field is truly a "Diamond In The Rough" and an absolutely fantastic value for the money. I signed my 18-month lease as quickly as I could!"
