"Hallways & parking lots are always dirty. Tenants don't control their kids or themselves for that matter. Mngmnt is slow to respond to anything & maintenance is usually done half-assed. If u don't have to live there- don't."

"Friendly staff. Always willing to help and answer questions. The maintenance guy always seems like he's up and about fixing stuff so that's good. Convenient dog park for my dog to burn some calories. In other reviews there are people saying they had a roach problem. Haven't seen any bugs yet so they must be battling it pretty good. If you don't live like a slob, you'll have less of a chance attracting these critters... Other than that, if you've lived the apartment life, you should know what to expect. It's not going to be as glorious as living in a house. Occasional loud neighbors, weird noises going on outside, cops show up to arrest someone, etc. For the most part though, it's fairly quiet... Stop procrastinating. Put in an application, ask for an apartment showing."

"WORSE PLACE EVER! We had the worst bug problem. Whenever we complained about it our terrible property manager said that bugs are a common thing that happens with apartments. The place is VERY sketchy. Never felt safe being there! The property manager is money hunger and will say anything to make you pay more!! TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!"

"I love Erica she has helped me out so much and taught me a lot she gave me the resources I needed when I needed help she has high motivation to make this place a better living EnvironmentI always see her picking up other people's trash remodeled everything that needed to be shes has always been very good with the tenants very interactive when usually from places my friends have rented from they don't even really know there landlord they don't see them talk to them just a very good place to live she will definitely make things and doesn't tolerate any thing bad"
