"We have lived here almost three years in two separate units. I cannot explain how much we love it here! It's a great community and the staff are amazing! Always out on the property cleaning up and keeping things safe! You can tell they care about the property and it's residents! The lawn and snow are taken care of timely as weather permits too!
We've had two emergency repair needs in our time here and both were taken care of within 24 hours and less than 20 minute initial return contact both times! There have been minor repair things I need and they're right on that as well!"

"I love my apartment and Tami was great to work with when I was working on my application. She has been very quick in her response if I ever needed anything. Maintenance was quick to address the one minor issue I did have to report..it was taken care of within 24 hours :) 5 out of 5 would recommend this place and Lloyd apartments as a place to call home."

"The reason this place is five stars because Tami took over managing these complexes. She makes sure to get things done. You never have to ask twice. She actually cares about the tenants and will do everything she can to work with you ,should you need it. Any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly, Tami has gone out of her way for me with some issues that she didn't have to do but stayed late on her own time and I can't tell you what that meant to me andwhat a refreshing change it is from other places I have lived in. She is the reason this place is five stars!!"

"It's now a great place to be. The management was iffy for a while. But we are now under a new manager. And she's amazing!! Tammi for the win! Things are finally getting done and the maintenance it's top notch! Really if you need somewhere check this place out!"

"Tammy in the office, absolutely not!
My daughter moved in and has issues with mice, they did nothing for months, they still have not done enough, she is moving but has been hard finding another place. Justin the maintenance man, is overwhelmed and does a good job"
