"Kaitlin is so helpful and sweet! When my boyfriend and I were looking for places, she was able to answer any and all questions we had!! "I really appreciate the way that this apartment does their maintenance and updates - we are given notice ahead of time, and they go out of their way to try to accommodate the schedule of every single tenant. Communication is quick and helpful, and the grounds are lovely. I especially like that everything is indoors - parking, pool, gym, mail - it helps during inclement weather. Management, Kaitlin, Mark and Tristan all are very responsive and communicative. Great apartment.
The move-in process was very well organized. The smart home features are cool and convenient, and the location is great - near grocery stores but not in a crowded area. Kaitlin was helpful in communicating and answering questions."

"Kaitlin the property manager at this property has been AMAZING. She is always willing to chat with the residents with her bubbly personality. She helps keeps the property looking clean and fresh. She even has treats in her office that she gives the dogs that come in and see her. 🐶 Kaitlin is very nice and helpful with any questions you may have."

"WOW, such an amazing place! It’s so beautiful, the community events are so well thought out and friendly. Abdul is the best property manager I’ve ever had! He is so friendly and knowledgeable, he always greets up, he is amazing around my kids! Every morning he makes cookies in between making sure our building is secure and my family and I just appreciate him so much! 10/10 would recommend this property and him to anyone!"
