"I've lived in an apartment through BPM for 8 years and it's been a good and peaceful experience. If I ever had maintenance issues, the maintenance team were usually prompt with fixing my issues after contacting them. "I lived at Lofts at Park Hill and moved out in April 2025, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
The biggest issue was a $350 charge for cleaning and maintenance. We spent an entire day thoroughly cleaning the unit before moving out — it was spotless. I even submitted photos to prove this. Yet, we were still charged a large fee.
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this because future renters deserve transparency!"

"Rented from BPM while in school. We had a great experience with the property we lived in. Anytime something needed to be done their service techs would be out ASAP to take a look. Would recommend BPM to a friend!"
