"No I'm not putting my whole story out but you should be where of the management loose payments lying not showing up for appointments never here and if make complaint they try yo force you onto termination of lease been trying since July to get into my account with no help only after try to evited me in3vday had 3 ledgers regional manger was no help only credit me 1260 when there was more..trying say I lived here forv7 months and didn't pay nothing no late payment statements or treats of eviction nothing not word .what company will let live 7 months with no payment as of today 3rd manger on 7 monthes.when i didn't sign termination they shut off my kiosk so I can't buzz in anyone in leaving a 9 or locked out with noway together hold of me hood thing I went checked.locked me out of my resident portal all I wanted is to see my payment pay on line and talk to a manger about my ledger and figure out going on instead I was talked to garbage manger and regional manger very aggressive try to scare you yell at you.and would call when your at work and don't care demand that talk.really I've trying talk yo some sense oct.have emails trying to made a complaint a month and then this bull shit ..we have never any issues with anything yes I was behind but was making payment nothing was issue until I called and verbally made a complaint that was jan 16 and by Jan 28 they gave termination letter.never talking to anyone."
