"This property is well located, reasonably priced, and well managed. This is my 4th apartment, and Zach is the best property manager I have ever had! The property is fantastic, but without his willingness to help & attention to detail, I wouldn’t be leaving this review! If you are considering moving into Aspen Commons, I would highly recommend as my building has always been well attended to, maintenance requests have been addressed promptly (thank you Kaden!!!), and the property manager seriously has the tenants best interest at heart. Both Kaden and Zach make all the difference (in the best way, of course) within the experience of this apartment complex! All around 5/5 stars for every reason!"

"I had a terrible experience here. It is supposed to be a non smoking property, but people are constantly smoking on balconies. Doors to the buildings were propped open with rocks and left open overnight. After reporting these problems to management I was told to take a picture of people doing these things and give it to them. Why am I supposed to play detective when they have cameras by the front door? Asking for pictures is the craziest and most inappropriate thing they could have asked for. Additionally we were told to take pictures of people leaving their dog’s poop out and not cleaning it up. There was poop all over the entire property and almost never cleaned up. Trash and recycling was a nightmare. The bins were always packed full and even filled with mattresses, desks, and chairs. I had to time when I took out my trash just so I could get it in the bin instead of dumping it on the ground. There was consistently trash littered around the property and wasn’t cleaned up for weeks. There was shattered glass in the parking lot for months. When I confronted the property manager about this, they were shocked and didn’t even realize it. That just shows how little they actually manage the property. I had a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in a brand new building that no one had stayed in yet and the quality was disappointing. There was sawdust all over the counters, and staples and nails that were poking out of the carpet. The drywall was ripped up by vents and ceiling lights. The balcony screen door would hardly slide and had to be forced open and closed. Over half of my security deposit was not returned and kept for ‘cleaning fees’. I made sure to throughly clean my unit before moving out and was still charged almost $300 for cleaning fees. Communication is also terrible with the property manager. I received many messages about my security deposit refund check being delayed even after the 14 day deadline. When emailing the property manager about this, I was just told to wait and not given any details on deductions when I asked. Since it is legally required they provide at least a brief summary of deductions by day 14 after move-out, I asked again and my questions still remained unanswered. I ended up calling corporate and was told my property manager would have the answers. I called the manager instead of emailing and was finally given the answers. I am incredibly disappointed that I had to go through that entire process only to finally be told the answer after 3 times of asking from the first person I asked. I already disliked this company after living there for 16 months, but now I can’t stand this company. I would never recommend living here to anyone."

"don’t live here. they consistently tow cars without giving residents any notice aside from a taped note on your door. some of us don’t leave our apartments every single day because we work from home and it’s -10° out. no text, call, email, just immediate tow. when i spoke to the men at the tow shop they said they had a property manager who would do everything in their power (call, text, knock on doors) to make sure residents could avoid towing. you won’t even get a light knock or heads up so if you don’t leave every single day you’re screwed. highly recommend finding somewhere else to live."

"I recently just moved into Aspen Commons and absolutely love the community!! What makes it even better is Alexis- The Property Manager! She is incredible and truly cares. She loves visitors (especially doggos!) and loves meeting and getting to know her residents/tenants! Once you move into Aspen Commons you’ll understand why this community is so great with the added amenities and the ability to upgrade from studio to multi bedrooms. Extra perks: this is in a pretty low to mild traffic area with other apartment communities! Stores, gas stations, food, extra curricular aren’t too far away either! Coffee shops are very close as well (Starbucks being walking distance)!"

"I’ve lived here for a while now, and I can honestly say I love it! The community is beautiful, the amenities are great, and it really feels like home. But what truly makes the difference is Alexis- she’s an incredible property manager! She’s always kind, helpful, and genuinely cares about us residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something, she’s been there with a smile. Definitely grateful to live in a place where the management actually makes you feel valued!"
