"We seriously love it here. The apartments are super stylish, everything is brand new, and it’s unbelievably quiet. Like… actually quiet. Plus, it’s so energy-efficient that we barely had to run the heat during winter.
The staff (from the manager to the maintenance team) are amazing—friendly, professional, and always on top of everything. This is hands down the best-run apartment complex we’ve ever lived in. Things get handled fast, communication is clear, and you can tell they genuinely care.
The whole place feels really well planned and well maintained, from the amenities to the community spaces. And the events they host make you feel like part of a community instead of someone who just pays rent.
We highly recommend the Flats on Havens. We love it here."

"Units are very nice with updated appliances. Having a washer and dryer in the unit are a huge plus!! The on-site gym and pool are fantastic. And I love that there's a secure mail room so you don't have to worry about packages being stolen. The only thing I would change would be assigned parking spots for tenants."

"I have lived in this community since it opened last November. As a single female living alone, I have felt nothing but safe at Flats on Havens. They have key fob door access from the outside areas as well as interior doors with 4 digit codes set up at the time of move in. I was warmly welcomed and have had a great experience with all staff members. The gym, theater, outdoor spaces, and game rooms have been clean every time I have used them. Staff is responsive and will take time to fit issues when asked. I like the separate mail/package room where you know your boxes are out of the elements. Overall, you get what you pay for and this luxury apartment is worth it in my opinion!"
